1. Digital Products

The majority of our products are digital in nature (such as card files, rulebooks, and other downloadable content). Once your payment is confirmed, digital products will be delivered to you instantly via email or direct download link. Please ensure you provide a valid email address during checkout to avoid delays in delivery.

2. Physical Card Products (Optional Offline Orders)

Customers may choose to request physical/offline delivery of cards. Offline shipping is currently available only to select locations. All physical orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Delivery may take up to 7 business days depending on the shipping address and courier availability.

3. Shipping Costs

Digital products have no shipping fees. Physical card orders may include additional shipping and handling charges, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Tracking & Delivery

For physical card orders, customers will be provided with a tracking ID once the order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Incorrect Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays, misplacements, or losses caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
