1. Digital Products
All digital products (such as online trading cards, rulebooks, or downloadable content) are non-returnable and non-refundable, as access is granted instantly upon purchase. However, if you encounter a technical issue (e.g., you paid but are unable to access or own the product on our website), please contact us. After verifying the issue, we will issue a full refund.
2. Physical/Offline Products
Returns are not accepted for physical card products once delivered. Refunds or replacements will only be provided in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The customer paid for the product but did not receive it due to an error on our end.
3. Process for Refunds
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of purchase/delivery if there is an issue.
- Proof of purchase and relevant evidence (e.g., photos of a damaged item) may be required.
- Once the claim is verified, refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided if the issue arises due to:
- Incorrect details entered by the customer.
- Misuse or mishandling of the product after delivery.
- Attempts to resell or alter the purchased product.
